Patrick’s Process

  • 1. FREE Home Evaluation

    I will analyse the homes sold in Ottawa, and specifically in your neighbourhood that best compare with yours. Once I have a home visit to view your property, I will sit down with you and help you choose a listing price based on a comparative market analysis.

  • 2. Planning - staging, cleaning, repairs

    I will help you to make your house the most appealing to buyers. This may include hiring a staging company or a designer to help you to get each room looking the best they can.

  • 3. Photography

    I will arrange for photography and digital walk-though for your house so that it looks great on the MLS System and in marketing materials.

  • 4. Listing on MLS

    I will then list your house on the MLS System.

  • 5. Open Houses

    Open houses are a great marketing tool to get people to see your house. If you are interested in this service, I will hold open houses to allow the public to see what is for sale.

  • 6. Negotiations

    Once an offer or offers come in, I help you to understand the offers and decide which one is the best for you.
